Pet photos submitted with your order are used solely for production purposes and are not shared, published, or used in any marketing without your explicit written consent.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal (including Venmo).
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
All of our night lights are made to order. Once you place your order, you will be asked to submit a photo of your pet. By submitting a photo you confirm that:
We will send you a digital preview of your light before printing. Production begins only after you approve the preview. If you do not respond to a preview request within 14 days, we may proceed with the design as shown or cancel and refund your order.
We reserve the right to decline any photo submission that is unclear, low resolution, or otherwise unsuitable for production. In such cases we will contact you to request an alternative photo.
We ship from NJ using USPS or equivalent carrier. Estimated processing time is 2–3 weeks after photo approval. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Free shipping is available on orders over $35. A flat shipping fee of $7.04 applies to orders under $35. We currently ship within the United States only. If you require international shipping, please contact us at orders@foreverglowmemorials.com before ordering.
Because every night light is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once production has begun.
However, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@foreverglowmemorials.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will replace or refund your order at our discretion.
If you are unhappy with your preview, you may request one revision before printing at no charge. Additional revisions or changes to the original order may incur additional fees.
All content on ForeverGlowMemorials.com — including photography, copy, design, and branding — is the property of Forever Glow Memorials and may not be reproduced without written permission. The lithophane night light design process and finished products are original works produced by our shop.
