Here's everything you need to know about ordering your custom pet memorial night light — from choosing your options to seeing it glow for the first time.

Choose your text option

Select from no text, "Forever Loved," your pet's name only, name with years, or a fully custom message. Each option is priced transparently on the product page. The text is 3D-printed directly onto the base of the light — no stickers or decals.

Place your order & send your photo

Complete checkout on the product page. Afterward, send us your favorite photo of your pet via message. A clear, high-resolution image with your pet centered in frame works best. Don't worry — we'll guide you if needed.

We preview it with you

We convert your photo into a 3D printed design and send you a digital preview before printing. We won't print until you're happy. If the image needs cropping or adjusting, we'll let you know and work with you to get it just right.

We handcraft your light

Once approved, we print your panel at high resolution and assemble it with the sensor-activated LED base. Every light is inspected before it ships. Allow 2–3 weeks from approval to dispatch.

It arrives & they glow again

Your light arrives carefully packaged. Plug it into any standard outlet. The built-in sensor detects darkness and turns on automatically — no switches needed. When the room goes quiet and dark, your pet shines through, warm and present.

What is a
3D Printed Pet Memorial Night Light?

A 3D Printed Pet Memorial Night Light is an image etched into translucent material at varying depths. Where the material is thicker, less light passes through — creating dark areas. Where it's thin, more light shines — creating highlights.

The result is a portrait that's almost invisible in ordinary light, but reveals itself beautifully when backlit. We use modern 3D printing to achieve this from your own photos with incredible detail.

The sensor-activated LED base turns on automatically when the room goes dark — so your pet is there every night, without you having to do a thing.

A high-resolution photo with your pet clearly visible and centered in the frame works best. Avoid screenshots or photos with heavy filters. Good natural lighting and a simple background help the detail come through. We'll let you know if we think a different photo would print better.
After placing your order, message us directly through the website contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email. Attach your photo and include your order number.
Once we receive and approve your photo, allow 2–3 weeks processing time. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as it ships. Rush orders may be available — contact us to ask.
Yes — we always send a digital preview of the 3D printed design before printing. We won't proceed until you're happy with how it looks.
Because each light is made to order, we can't accept returns. However, if there's a defect or damage in shipping, contact us and we'll make it right. Customer satisfaction is everything to us.
